Three quick "hand held" pics. As always I'm trying to gain Lbs, get more ripped! Any opinions/advice appreciated. Better pics soon...

Your upper arm looks good but you definetly need to work on your forearms more. Might want to consider working them out twice a week if it fits into your split.

Thanks! My forearms are my curse! They're the only muscle that is way below "average" when I read those proportion guides/sites!

Lookin good dude, nice rippage and nice guns. Like the others have said, concentrate on those forearms. Not sure what your doing for them but try some behind the back barbell wrist curls for direct forearm work, as well as some stuff like hammer curls on bicep day that will hit the forearms secondary. Overall, your physique freaking rocks!

Thanks I did some of those exercises tonight, I'll get decent forearms if it kills me!
