Before and After pictures, 5 months progress How does it look any different? Help me out....

Hey these are some pics I took but in the first before pics I don't know if they really look different, of course I got way stronger, and lost like 5 percent body fat, but gimme some feedback thanks!

You made pretty good progress. The biggest difference I see is how your chest was real saggy and kind of fatbefore but now it looks a lot more muscular and raised.

your chest &amp; arms seem to be a bit bigger... tough to judge... try a duplicate pose each time you do a pic update w/camera in same position w/same lighting.

congrats on your progress. are you noticing more veins poking thru? that's my biggest observation- especially on my forearms.

I'm not trying to be mean or anything but this is my opinion,I see no difference except your chest looks like it lost some fat.

Well lemme see from 13% to 9% and I got bigger so you do the math I was just seein what others would say... Thanks though

I have to agree with Brad140, I am not seeing much of a difference in the pics but if you have your measurements and they are increasing and decreasing in the right areas Who cares what the pictures look like. Great Job!!!
