Your looking good all over. It looks to me like your chest needs some work along with your calves. You have a nice lat spread going. Shoulders look good also.

Looking good overall. I would say that your back and shoulders are definitely your strong points. Keep it up! /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

By the way, are you a gino slayer or a gino? I saw that gitone table in the background and now I'm starting to wonder... /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Very nice. You look leaner than 197. Where is all that weight? Either way, nice proportions and good overall size. Good work and keep growing.

i wondered the same but decided to check the 'explain your username' thread before asking the same question... BTW gino_slayer- i didn't respond to the pics- looking good- especially for your age.

You look really great, but I'd actually say that from all your muscles your lats are a weak point, as far as size go. You have great definition on your back, but proportionally to your shoulders I'd like to see some more lats. But I must really say you have a fantastic physique!!! how long have you been working out?

i have been training for about 3 years but actually "bodybuilding" (diet, rest, etc.) for only about 1 year.I went from 155lbs to this, which i think isnt too bad.

thanx for the input... looks like i have to hit the gym to bring up my weak points /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Great traps. I would guess your BF is more in the 15-17% range. Looks good though.
