Thanks

Good Pics Bro .

You look almost like my build what are you about 200?
What is your Diet now ?
How is your first month coming ?

You look like you have some skin to shed but that is good because once you drop your BF you should look cut .

Keep it up .

Good luck

thanks!

I forgot my stats.. duh...

6'0"
190 lbs

No idea on my bf%

My diet is much better, I was bulking in those pics, and i've been cutting since, I've eliminated most simple carbs, all fast foods, most simple sugars and try to stay off the beer...

An example of my current diet is like this:

breakfast 7am - 2 hardboiled eggs, 1/2 cup oats
workout 8-9am - 13 weeks program
10am - 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop creatine, 10g glutamine
11am - 1 can tuna with lite mayo, hot peppers on wheat
2pm - another tuna sandwich, with 1 cup cottage cheese
7pm - dinner, usually combo of a meat, 2 steamed veggies, and some form of complex carb (sweet potato's most common)
9pm - 2 hardboiled eggs, 1/2 cup oats..

The first month is going great! This workout is kicking my ***, and I actually feel like my muscles are still growing even though i'm on a cut.. It could just be some fat loss, but somethings changing...

I have a ways to go, but workin on it..

Lookin' good!
Curious to see ya shed some fat, then post again. You look very well in proportion from what I can see, so keep up whatever you're doing. Lats and bicep peaks look great!

You look like you gained some mass since your old pics. I think the cut will do you good. One of your biceps looks a little bigger than the other, it could just be the angle of the pics though. Good luck on sticking with your diet.

That's a really good question.. I don't have a good answer..

hehe.

I guess I was getting changed, and the camera was there, so it was a spur of the moment thing...

Taking pics of yourself on a self timer is a pain in the a$$ btw..

haha. wow... thanks.
