Man I have been off so long dont even know what is going on anymore. I was sent to Mexico for the last 8 years and returned to the states a year ago. My mom passed in 94 nd I gave up bodybuilding since then. I want to get back into the groove of things, as far as diet I will be honest I just received a can of pro complex that I order 4 pounder. Besides that I try and stay away from the fried stuff eat alot of tuna and chicken and red meat. Really I need to start from scratch. Back in the days (80's) all we had was Wieder products now there is all kinds of stuff out there. Another downfall is that I am 37 now, so I fell I have a couple of good years left. These pics I posted were taken a week ago (4/13/03). I will start my journey and repost in about 3 months, I really grow fast so hope my journey to perfection isnt as rough as I think.
My dream is to sculpt my physique to perfection and enter a contest (steroid free) and win one for my mom. I would love to visit her grave down in Mexico and leave her my trophy if I were to win.

You have got some big arms. It would be nice to see some full body shots to get a better idea of your proportions. My advice to you, since you are talking about competing, is to work on your diet and get your body fat down. It seems like you have good mass but you need to get more definition. I don't mean to be rude, but I doubt your waist is 33 inches. You might want to double check that.
ya nice arms... but need full body pics before any real critisizm!

You have nice size to your upperbody, however you are way out of proportion if you legs are only 23". I would really work on those legs. You need to get your BF% down there as well. I agree with SkinnyBoy, I don't see you waist as being 33", maybe 39". I would go on a cut cycle, and see where your at after that. If competing is your goal, than you have truly ended up at the right place, so welcome, and good luck.

Thank you Sirliftsalot, appreciate all the help I can get. I measured today and yes waist is actually 36 and thighs are 27 with calves at 18.
I am only taking pro complex at the moment. I was told that the main thing for now is 1 gram of protien per pound of body weight.
Is there any programs for cut cycles. I feel stupid but I am really disconnected as far as all the new stuff out there for BB.
Thanks again.

There is so much work that the owner of this site JWilson already put into so many aspects of nutrition, bulking, cutting, and anything and everything you really need to know about bodybuilding, that I will ask you to look over the many sections on this site. It is really incredible the amount of information aleady compiled and available. I know how you feel on being out of the loop when you come back. There is a lot more information now helping all of us get bigger faster and healthier than ever before, and you will find most of it in the above tabs. Check out this months magazine, it is a truly awesome read. Sorry for the non-answer, but I felt as a newbie, you should first explore the site and explore the resources made available. Take it easy.

SirLiftsaLot's right. There's tons of ton on here, I honestly owe the majority of my gains to this site!
As far as comments. Yeh, the mass is definitely there, and the thing I'd suggest now is goin on a cut and getting your body fat down and figuring out whether you need to work on specific areas.
Good luck on your journey back and welcome!

I liked the 13 week fat burning routine (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/magazine/13weekfatburningworkout.htm). It works great, the diet (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/magazine/13weekstohardcorefatburningdiet.htm) is there too if you're interested. Good luck!
