Hard to tell much other than your arms, the second shot is too dark to see. As for you arms, nice tricep development, and your delts look like they are coming in. Looking good overall, I would like to say more but not much else to say about the one pic I can see.

I'm working on getting some more pics taken. Right now I'm working on cutting, I've noticed that my strength has gone down, well on bench. I could only get 265 for one rep last week. I got 284 (I had to use 44 lb plates and 2.5's, it's an off number, I know) before I started my cut. I now weigh 185, down from 194 ( I think) when I started my cut. I'm taking 400 mcg of Chromium and 2 or 3 600mg capsules of L-Glutamine everyday. I can only get to the gym twice a week, so I do situps, pushups, pullups, and some curls at my house. Any help ya'll can give me? I'm also cutting out as many carbs as I can. After my workouts I eat a couple rolls of sweet tarts for the dextrose and then sip a protein shake over the next hour. All the info here has been a super help, I'm extremely thankful for all of ya'lls input on here. Keep up the good work!

and here's how I look now. I was sweating because I just got out of the shower after jogging a few miles, and it was hot as heck. Sorry about the lighting. I think I look like some kind of gay porn star too, sorry /forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif.

Your delts and lats are incredible.

The front of your core as a whole seems, to be lacking in comparision to your back. The one side picture they look even, but in the front and back view the seem slightly unbalanced. I would try to catch them up, for more than looks, a solid well balance core is needed.

Can't say on your legs really.

But as whole you look great. Especially those delts. All I can say about those shoulders is "WOW!! /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif"

thx for the compliments,I've been working like mad. I really need to get my diet straightened up a bit more and get some more cardio going as soon as I get better (been sick). Now concerning my "core" what exactly do you mean, sorry. Are you saying my back isn't developed as much as my chest, or the other way around?? thx in advance

Yes, I mean your back looks super powerful and the stomach looks just 'good'. You need to improve the stomach.

I'm 5'10", my right biceps is 15", left is closer to 14" I work outside and I can't get my arms to even out, the strange thing is that my left bicep can usually get a few more dumb bell curl reps than my right! It's weird.
