OK, waited til April to do progress pics. Such is life
I will add quad/calf pics tomorrow as they were very washed out due to poor lighting. I may re-do these as well if I can get better light. These are very light, so I apologize for the glare

As of 4/15/03, I was 251 lbs and 18% BF, so I am getting closer to my original goal of 240 and 15% by June. Diet needs work still, and I am focusing on getting my shoulders/back up to par. In June I will switch and focus on my quads/calves. Then hit arms/forearms (unless someone has a better idea?)

I agree on both accounts(good progress and The Dungeon does indeed look hardcore). It looks like one of those gyms you'd see in some of the old school bodbuilding pics! Where is it?

Looking good .keep at it.
By the way it must be difficult picking those 50 pound weights off those slanted racks.

Thanks! Its actually the weight room at the school I teach at. It has no a/c, tempermental heat in winter, and just recently got some new weights. Not too bad overall, though, and its never crowded. /forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif
