Well after a long while here are a few pics of me finally. I had to do these with my digital camcorder which was harder, so I just put a few out there for you to critique. I will post some leg shots here in a little bit. But as for me these are me about after about 4 months of an endless bulk, so no comments on the tank, hehe. But I have come a long way, from 145lbs to right now at 190. I am getting ready to go on a cut before my birthday trip home in May. I know I didn't get a back double bi shot either, I couldn't get it right with my computer, but I will have my wife take it. Also my chest sucks in these, but I assure you it is not that bad, but is a weak spot for me. Well have at me, be nice.

if u did it with a camcorder.. you shoulda just done a posing routine!

you're arms are nice, but bring out your shoulders and chest a bit more and you'll be good.

Thanks a lot for the replies thus far, I love the motivation, and it is different seeing yourself after seeing so many others on here. I will be starting a journal and post my diet and routine for those interested. Here is your answer somewhat Manson. Current stats in these pictures are

Biceps - 16"
Chest 44"
Shoulders 50.5" -
Legs 25"
Calves - 15-1/4" - sticky spot

Quitting smoking, on Nov 10,2002 was #1, this was when I started liftin again.
I ate like a mad man to avoid being bored for the first 2 months, and went to 162 right away and then again to 172. I got pretty tankalicious. I did start lifting right after quitting so all that eating got put in the right spots as well. I also had muscle memory working for me, as I had quit working out about a year before, where I got pretty good gains but smoking and stupidity made me quit. So for now I am thanking my lucky stars that I am just over 185, and not that fat, right at 16%.

Nice arms and traps. Good luck on your cut, you will probably be able to get ripped relatively quick.

I scanned the two 'before' pics to see the difference. The before pics are actually about 8 months earlier, but I didn't work out for another 4 months so we can safely say I would have looked the same in another 4 months. I am working on my chest, and will get those leg shots up here in a little bit. Thanks for all replies.

Wow, your current pics are even more impressive when compared to those old shots. If you could cut your body fat down as low as in the old pics, but keep most of your mass you would look amazing.

Thx a lot man, I started out eating whatever was in front of me, but lately I have been smarter and eating only good source protein, and trying to stay away from too much fried and heavy foods. I have lost about 3-5% BF while maintaining my current weight which is my goal. Thanks SkinnyBoy for your compliments as well, I have worked hard and it means a lot for anyone to notice. I am going to try to cut down to where I was, but to be honest I think that was only at about 11% in those before pics, so it shouldn't be that hard. I am at about 15% right now I think. Thanks again, and take care.

Man, you've come a long way. How long did it take you to get from 145lbs to 190lbs?

Anyways, arms and traps look good. Your delts look like boulders in that back double-bi pose.

Keep it up and good luck with the cut.

(warning: girl reply)
Hehehehe...

In the back double bi you have dark hair and a small ponytail/bun-thingie going on and a baseball cap, but in another your hair looks cut and it looks lighter! Hon, what's goin' on with yer hair? Are these from the same day?

Nice bod by the way. I like the size, it looks great. Yer a cutie too. /forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I'm sure you want to hear something about traps and delts and lats but I don't know much about that. Everything looks very nice and I guess all I could say is that I can't see a good shot of your chest, but I think it looks like it could use a bit more work. Also if your arms were a touch bigger, but I'm getting the idea that I like freaky arms on a guy...

Also where are your LEGS??? I can see that they are missing!

But again, it all looks quite nice from where I'm looking. /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Good job, carry on!

Very impressive, especially the back pic. You've added a lot of quality mass, with some great definition as well. In comparing with your before pictures, you've made remarkable progress! Congratulations!

I think I may have been starving myself without even knowing it when I was a smoker. When I quit, I ate all day and all night. I went from 145 to 162 rather quickly. The rest since then has been working out like a mad man and eating like one. It took me just over 4 months to get to 190, at 15% BF. I have since had my appetite drift back down, but hopefully it will start coming back. Thanks for the compliment on the delts, I have been working them hard as hell, in an attempt to get my bench up there. As for anyone interested in my current split or routine, PM me and I will send it to you, I just am not on enough to update a journal unfortunately. Thanks for all replies.
