Ok, here i am. Been lifting for about 1 1/2 years now. Bulked up from 119 to currently 155. Just curious, about what bf % do you think I am? Do you think I should continue to bulk for a while, go to maintainance, or cut?

Definitely bulk for awhile. You were 119 before at 5'10? Wow. Wonder what that looked like.

Definatley bulk. Your body fat is probably in the teens, but its hard to say because of the lighting and you should shave your chest and stomach next time so we can judge your definition better. You should brighten up those pics next time or get better lighting.

Depends on your goals, but if you want size you'd better bulk!
Good progress on 119 to 155, though! I am 5'10" and started at 155. I bulked to 180 in 7-8 months and am sticking around there currently.

i dont need to see any picutres to answer your question. Bulk or cut? well think about it, would you like to continue to add muscle but not have a ripped look, or would you like to have a ripped look? its up to you, if your not doign a competition your bodybuilding is for yourself. some people dont wanna get huge others think you should bulk until your 200+. but do what you want.

Go for a clean bulk. You do have some fat that you should get rid of, but when you lost the fat you'll still be pretty skinny. Eat right, do cardio 2-3x a week, but eat a lot, and lift heavy!

k, gonna bulk, but how much would you guys recommend to make the cut not extremely harsh? was thinking about 10 lbs. Would you think this would be too much?

k, but how will i know when to stop the bulk? Just set a date, or go by the mirror? I don't have any calipers, so kinda at a loss there. What would you suggest?

I'm having to cut now (at an experience level of just 8 months) because of the spare tyre i gained thinking i could eat anything i want.
Made some good gains, but i cant wait until i've cut my bodyfat down a bit so i can clean bulk, and stay as lean as possible.
