It's been almost 3 months since I last posted pics, so here's a quick one I just felt like taking. My chest and lats look like CRAP here, but what can ya do.
They look better but I don't want to take many pics just yet. This is just an "in progress" pic.

Also should mention that I'm bulking. I never shed the fat I started off with when I started lifting, and most of what you see there is just that. The rest was from 3months of dirty bulking just to get some weight on me. No cardio till I start my mini-cut in a month, then it's on to clean bulking again.

Your arms and chest look a lot better than they did in your old pics. I read in another post that you don't think that shot really does you justice. I feel the same way everytime that I have posted pics, I look at them later or the next day and think that I look worse than what I see in the mirror. I think maybe its in my head. Maybe its is your head too. Or maybe you can get some better shots next week and post them so people can think "Wow look how much bigger he got in one week!" and then they'll start asking you what you did. Haha...either way nice progress and keep up the good work.

Thanks everyone for the words!
I am still working on getting the 'feel' of my chest when doing the front bi pose. When my arms are down I can really tense it up and THEN it will look like it should. I think in this shot the fat overrides the shaping too much (but if you've seen my other pics of side chest and most muscular you know what it *really* looks like /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif)

Have you ever thought of "dirty bulking" for any period of time. Like take 6 - 8 weeks and just down massive ammounts of calories (as you can see from my pics I am all to good at)
It's just a thought. I know that for the longest time I would clean bulk. And then one night I would break down and have pizza (break down and have pizza on a bulk...that doesn't sound right) and it felt great. My workout the next day was awsome and I felt "full"
I know there are a lot of fans of clean bulking on this site. I dunno, maybe it's just not for me. I always feel better when I am packing on some fat along with it.
Anyways...
Your bi's and tri's look awsome man. And like Pesca said, the delts are comming along good too.

i didn't see your old pics but you look to be in decent condition; a decent progress pic- your arms look quite good. would you consider skipping the cut & just switching to clean bulk and working some cardio in?

Hey Brian and Kryptic..
I've been throwing the idea of dirty bulking around again just to get easy cals. The only thing is that I realized buying dirty foods ends up being more expensive than clean! I get steak/chicken for $2lb. and eat up at least a pound a day. Versus a pizza that would cost me $10 and fill me up for one meal! But I do have "half-dirty" days on Sat. & Sun., as you can see it barely has hurt me.
I mean, I can see 4 of my abs (when flexed) at 14-15%bf (guesstimate as of right now) and my metabolism has ALWAYS been fast. Whatever fat I have or gain will fly right off of me once I start cutting, I know that.

I thought about it. I never cut before so I just want to get the experience under my belt. I'm just going to go down to 11-12% then go back to my clean bulk. I just want to be leaner for summer and from that point on. Like I said, the fat I carry is left over from pre-lifting days.

Great arms with the split biceps! They sure look bigger than 15.25"! I'm kinda jealous hehe
Seems like all the fat is on the stomach -- the chest and shoulders look very lean and you can even see serratus anterior. Once you clean up with your mini-cut, you will look tremendous!

i see more definition all over & your arms, chest, & back are bigger. your bicep's are much better defined. the new pic shows a hint of ribcage that the old one didn't... perhaps you've burned a bit of fat without the cut. my guess is that you'll like the results from your cut but will want to quickly bulk after.

They do look bigger, but they're still kinda small! As long as they look big, I'm happy lol! Once i hit 16" they're going to look HUGE. That's why I want to go on the mini-cut (only going to last a 1-1.5 months), to get rid of the stomach fat. There's a little on my lower chest as well. It'll give me the "rounded" lower/outer chest once I cut it off /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Good guess! I don't want to get ripped, honestly. I just want to shed this extra fat I've been carrying around so I can pick my clean bulk up and do it without the fat. That way it will LOOK like I'm clean bulking /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I didn't realize how big my arms look till that picture was taken - I try to not check myself out too much so I can be surprised at picture time /forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif
They WILL hit 17" by the end of the year. 1.5" to go in 6.5 months. If not, then in 1 year's time. Either way, I'm going to do it, and the rest of my body is going to grow along with it!

8 Weeks to Bigger Biceps is responsible for that.
My split was there before that program, though, but not as prominent.

I believe in Jan. my chest was around 43", arms were 14.75" and was 15%.
Now my chest is 43"-43.5" and arms are in the somewhere between 15.25" and 15.5". BF is 14.6%, and it's all in my gut!! /forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif My top 4 abs are visible and the others are under a buncha fat.
