nice job. you have lost a lot of fat since you started. you mentioned in the other post that your weight loss has slowed down. maybe you should try a clean bulk for a little while to kick start your metabolism.

WOW! Great Progress!
I tell you, guys like you and RobH really inspire me and give me hope! I had a friend (so called) tell me that I would never look any better than I do cause I'm over 35. I was just gonna get fatter and more out of shape as the years go on. But you guys have shown me that it can be done!
