<font color="green"> </font> Hey I'm an 18 male, I go to college and I have two weights classes. I started taking weights pretty serious this school year, because I barely had much knowledge my senior year of high school and I pretty much worked out every muscle every day which was totally stupid of me. Here are my stats as of today.

I'm about 6 feet tall
Weight: 168 lbs
BMI: 22.3
Body Fat %: 9
Arms: 14 Inches (tiny)
Calves: 14 Inches

Before this at the beginning of the year I was 145 lbs and my Body Fat was 13% and my arms were about an inch smaller.

Triceps look like they have a lot of mass. Nice work.

You are looking pretty ripped. You're arms aren't as small as you think, either. What is your split like? If you arent giving arms their own day then you should try that for a while. Have you read the article on riot bombing? Check it out. Keep up the good work and clean bulk your way to huge-ness.

Yes its Mrsmith02 he's my roommate I showed him this website. I got another question as you can see in my last pic you can see the flab on the outside of corner of my pecs. The more I gain and work out I think it is getting worse how do i get rid of it?

Ive been doing the 8 week workouts for chest, bicepts, and tricepts from this page and so far I can see them getting bigger, what do u mean by whats my split? Forgot to ask that in my reply.

A split is how you break up your body parts into different days. for example:

monday-arms
tuesday-legs
wednesday-rest day
thursday-chest
friday-back
saturday-shoulders and abs
sunday-rest day

my split is:
monday-biscepts and back
tuesday-chest
wednesday-tricepts and forearms
thursday-shoulders and legs
friday-abs resistance and cardio

i also split up cardio about 3 times after these workouts however i choose and tuesday and thursday also do some abs. weekends i have no classes so i just rest

Like I said earlier, try a split where you have one day of just arms so you can give them a higer priority since you mentioned being unsatisfied with them. Also, the fact that you are working chest and triceps back to back like that might be hurting your tricep workout due to the fact that a lot of chest exercises wear out your tris as well. I am going to post my pics soon. My stats are almost identical to yours except that my arms are a little bigger. You've got me beat in the abs deptartment though. /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif
