I really need to tune my diet even more. My cheat day is out of control still.
So I am going to get that fixed right now.
My cardio is still 6 days a weeks 2 times a day on off w/o days.
I am feeling better about getting back on the once to twice a week workout instead of the HST kill me workout.
Will be doing Stats and pic on Monday!

All that cardio and only 6 pounds lost ... 2 pounds per month.I hardly do any cardio and I was losing 1.5 pounds of fat per week.
My cut was the following:
Diet:Tuna,chicken breast,lean steak,oatmeal,all fruits and vegetables,supp,Absolutely no dairy and at most two slices whole wheat bread per day.No other wheat products.
Training as usual.Cardio once a week 5 miles at 7 min/mile pace.
I was losing 1.5 pounds of fat per week with almost no muscle loss.

You should really try the 13 week fatburning program that Jwilson created, its amazing.
Im currently on the 12 week program and I lost 20 pounds.
I do cardio about 3 times a week, the weekends, and tuesday.
