Hey folks.
Been a while since i have posted.(8 months?) been pretty busy with life/work etc.
anyway, still cutting, still losing. Finally did some comparison pics. As we all know we all look better in the mirror than on the camera but still looks good. I think my bi's are better than the cam shows but hey, just need to grow more!
Anyway here are some stats:
JAN 2002:started BFL
Weight-255lb
Bodyfat- 28%
LBM-178 LB
Waist-44
APR 2003:
Weight-222LB
Bodyfat-15%
LBM-191 LB
Waist-35/36
We (Linda & I) finished BFL in April 2002 and started the typical bodybuilding training routine and nutrition plan. After focussing on strength for the better part of last year i started training for fatloss is november. Took almost 2 months off over christmas to recover and relax. Didnt gain any weight but did atrophy a bit. Since returning to the gym in Feb 2003 i have been more focused and switched my diet to no starches and just fruits/veggies as carbs which has given me more energy and started to drop the fat. Also drinking about 4 mugs of green tea with honey a day.
Anyway, lifts are up. Still not happy with my muscular development, but have learned alot in the past year and should be able to reach my goals of 16" arms and a 3 plate squat by the end of this year. Its amazing what reading too much and trying too many different routines can teach you as well as not making you grow. Looks like i have tighened up as well and added some mass to my legs/calves. I know my back is large just still covered in fat /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif
I havent taken any measurements this month for comparison but will do soon.
Here are the pics:

I owe alot to this site as well as the members here. There were times i was ready to quit and just coming here and reading always helped to push me back to the gym.
