I don't post very often so most new people don't have any idea who I am but I've been here since January of 2002 and I've posted pictures up I think, twice, with big gaps in between. Anyways, I bulked in the winter and got up to, I think for one day, 165lbs. Excessive Dance Dance Revolution + a not so great diet led to me not putting on as much mass as I wanted...or much mass, period. I've learned, and so I will be much wiser next bulk.
This is my...third cut in my entire life. First cut wasn't really a cut, it more was like more like starve yourself because you're chunky. Result was going from 175lbs of flab to 135lbs of bone. Then I ended up gaining mostly muscle over the course of a year and some to 150lbs, and then 155lbs, and then to 165lbs, and my BF has been pretty low that entire time.
So now I'm cutting, and as my journal will state it's complex and tougher to do than other cuts but it works for me in multiple ways that I describe in my journal.
I figure, why post a pic when you know nothing about me. Might as well have a short synopsis of my history and then look at the guy (or whatever order you prefer).
I apologize for the pop-ups you'll get but it's free webspace and that's fine by me.

Been bringing up my traps and chest since they were weak, and I really focus on my shoulders because I love the illusion they provide.
Taking pics of the wheels is awkward but dont worry, I train them just as hard and they are large and scary and most people say they're too big...not my fault, genetics.
Point of the cut is for a cruise to Mexico in mid-May and then of course, the summer begins and by then I'll most likely be in the upper 7's.

Here's a couple pics I took today. I couldn't get to the gym during my normal back-day time so I did some at home on stuff I had leftover from my newbie days in bodybuilding.
Main reason is the addition of a lat spread photo, that's all.
