Thanks for keeping track of everything Yu. I'm sure that was quite a job. Even though I know I haven't won the challenge it was great to have done it. I learned how to keep better track of my progress, and started to enjoy keeping a training journal of everything.

Well I didn't stick with writing my journal but I completed my 12 weeks to burning the fat program.

Been fat my whole life until I started the program, went from 25% bf to 12% (about 40 pounds), gained muscle, and am really happy with my body for one of the first times in my life.

Just wanted to thank everyone for giving me advice when I needed it, I really appreciate it.

Hi Yu: We are new to ABC. We are delighted with the boards and pics. We will be adding our own this week. We started the 12 week fat burn last week and are feeling incredible already. The leg work brought an arousing taste of vomit to us. What a rush. I had to hold Ellen back from falling out after. Thanks for the post. What exactly is the Challenge?
