Udo's Choice Oil Blend (Great for the Face)

Ladies, I have been taking two tablespoons of Udo's Choice Oil blend (for two months) for the EFA's. However, I am glad to report another positive effect of Udos. The stuff is having a very positive effect on my facial skin texture - making it smooth and silky, and not dry. Lots of prople in my office are asking if I am seeing a dermatologist.

So, besides giving you the EFA's, the stuff is great for your face (and energy level).

I haven't tried Udos (heard great things about it) but I've had similar experiences with straight flax oil. Usually in the winter my skin gets very dry; we have oil/hot air heat and it's been extremely cold this year in the Northeast. But I haven't had to use lotion at all.

I used Udo’s for a couple weeks but found it gave, ah, how do I say this delicately, very mean gas. Sends the dog to another room gas. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello ladies. Where can I buy this stuff? My wife complains about her face being dry. the stuff the dermatologist gave doesn't work. Maybe this will help. thanks
