SO I shouldn't be feeling bad lol about the cardio I DO not do..........

I do cardio 5 times weekly for 30-60 mins..... (it's so easy after the weight training or in the night when I'm feeling bored!!)

Often I feel like I should start over with my morning cardio but honestly I feel LAZY!!!

Philia2, you are slim enough I don't think you need cardio!!
What is your weight? For you to get cut would be easy, just increase protein and weight train. high intesnity. You'll get buff fast!

Cardio 5-6 times a week in the morning:

3 days 30 minutes on bike or treadmill after lifting
2-3 days 45-60 minutes on elliptical trainer
With all that work you'd think I'd be more dedicated to diet!!!!

But do you like it or do you force yourself to do it?

3 times per week. I'm switching from running to brisk walking since I'm losing LBM. 30 minutes per go.

3-4x week, and never on a leg day as well. 30-40mins med-high intensity. Treadmill ( running, walking on an incline4%) ellipticle trainer or recumbent bike.
I too, have to pull back sometimes as I can be a bit of a cardio junkie, if I'm not careful. Love the adrenalin!! /forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I aim for three cardio sessions a week but usually end up doing two. I'm limited by a major knee injury which requires as little impact as possible. No running here but I alternate between the recumbent bike and elliptical trainer.

I'm getting geared up for winter (and getting stuck indoors more) -- and hoping this will spark more dedication to cardio training in the gym along with continued weight training.

i really enjoy walking the dog, rowing, cycling (flat trier /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif )

walking is good because it lets me think and reflect on things. aids in depression
