I've modified my bodyfat calculator to include the fat calculations and all rounded to one decimal. Challengers can download it here:

I just measured my bodyfat (digital caliper). I followed the instructions and took 3 separate measurements of all three points (tri-ab-thigh). They were different (1 point off) but averaged the same 22.6 (??)
Female, Age 37
Weight: 154 lbs.
Body Mass Index
new measurements taken 02-09-03
Measurement #1: (Right Side)
Tricep 7, Abdomen 14, Thigh 33 = 22.6
Measurement #2:
Tricep 8, Abdomen 16, Thigh 32 = 22.6
Measurement #3:
Tricep 8, Abdomen 14, Thigh 33 = 22.6
Thanx,
*****

P.S. I used the bodyfat calculator posted here, its great but do not think I am 9.8% BF and LBM 138.9, estimated fat 15.1 lbs?? Am I, is it accurate??
I did put a "zero" in the other boxes that I do not have measurements on, maybe that threw it off??
Help!

Yu Yevon, are you really smart?? Who are you anyway? You seem to know a heck of a lot of good information.

Bladezz33, I don't think the 3 point measurements are accurate either. I found that the 3-point gave the lowest BF, whereas the 9-point gave the highest, and the 7-point sounded just about right. The 7-point is considered the most accurate.
btw - you can just leave the unneeded numbers blank (don't enter zero)

Wow, falser - that's the coolest! Talk about doing all the work so we don't have to....That is truly appreciated!
