(the callipers are still being shipped .. so i calculated the bf using an online calculator using a waist- weight ratio)

Height: 5'9''
Age: 20
Weight: 170
Waist: 33.7'
BF%: 16%

Goal
Weight: 158lbs
Waist: 30 - 30.5''
BF%: 10%

Workout plan:

Mon: Chest, delts, Tri's

Tue: Cardio 30mins, abs

Wed: quads, hams, calves

Thr: Cardio 30 mins, abs

Fri: Back, Bi's, Fores, cardio

Sat: Cardio, abs

Sun: Chest, Tri's, Abs

Here's my diet plan ( till 2/1/03):

DIET PLAN FOR RIPPED 03

9AM: 4 egg whites with bread, OJ 8oz and banana, multivitamin

12pm: Kima/channa/ chicken 1 pita bread , 1/4 cup yogurt or tuna sandwich

3pm: pro shake w/ 25 - 30g protien and 10oz 1% milk

6pm: pro shake ( pre- workout)

7:20: work out

9pm: post workout: creatine, with protien shake.

11pm: chicken breast/tuna/beef w/ whole wheat bread one slice and 10oz 1% milk

other pointers: 1 gallon of water and atleast 20g fiber thru low glycegemic carbs ..whole wheat, brown, rice, banana, apple, fiber supplement etc.
