CLA Supplementation

I've been reading about CLA lately and considering trying it. Anyone use it? If so, what kind of results have you had?

I've used it before, can't say that I noticed any noticable differences though. The theory behind it is good though and makes sense. Who knows? Unless there are dramatic results, I think it's really difficult to tell whether or not a supplement works.

Hey, I'm not on much here anymore, too busy workin' out and having a job /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif I've been a member for a year or so. I tried CLA on two different occasions. Both times, I got these strange headaches. They felt almost "tingly" in my head. I felt terrible! I returned both bottels. Just my 2 cents. /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif
