Here goes nothing!...

Training

Monday- Chest and Triceps
3 sets Pec Dec - 8 reps
3 sets DB Bench - 8 reps
3 sets BB Bench - 8 reps for FT fibers
3 sets BB Bench - 15 reps for ST fibers

Triceps
3 sets Triceps Pushdown- 8 reps
3 sets Triceps Pushdown- 15 reps target ST fibers
3 sets Skullcrunchers- 8 reps

superset Skullcrunchers with dips.

**** that routine hurt like hell! But it's all good!

Tuesday 7th- Legs and Traps

Quads...

3sets of Squats- 12-15reps for the fast twitch fibers
3sets of Leg Ext.- 20reps to get the slow twitch fibers
4sets of Straight-Legged Deadlifts- get the Hamstrings

Chest- 4.5mm
Abdomen- 5mm
Thigh- 1.5mm
Subscapula- 6mm
Triceps- 2.5mm
Midauxillary- 4mm
Superilliac- 4mm
Biceps- 3mm
Medial Calve- 2mm

Post pics. Whoever took your measurements probably messed up a bit, but who knows...

Monday- Arms
Tues- Legs
Weds- Rest
Thur- Back & Traps
Fri- Chest & Shoulders

What are opinions on this split?
