Okay just had to note that Sunday after doing back and bi's I looked in the mirror and did a pose... I was actually scared! My biceps were protruding w/ a nice peak (major blood flow going on there)!!!! Oh boy was I happy. So Monday I measured my bi's and they grew an inch. I actually don't remember when I measured it last, but now I'm motivated to keep track of my measurements! YIPPEE!!
Okay, thanks for that... I had to get that out!

Congratulations. I know that's a good feeling. So how big are they now? Adding an inch on your frame is awesome. (I think I read somewhere that you're 5-4" tall). Anyway, keep up the good work and don't be afraid to share your results with a picture journal too. Mine will be going up sometime soon. I finally have a digital camera.

Thanks for the support! It does feel good. To answer your question, they are 11.5 inches and when I started weightlifting they were a flabby 9.5 inches. My friends all laugh at me cause I'll just come out of no where and say, "Feel my muscle!!" and they just feed my need for approval!!! I've had complements and it really does boost the ego a bit. With the way society focuses on a woman's body and how it "should" look, I am happy to be able to work out and push my body to the limit. It's such a feeling of accomplishment! I would take the look of a strong body over a scrawny one anyday! /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif
