Alrighty guys . . . on a quest for a six pack.

Otherwise I will only be posting stats here.
I have ordered calipers but they have not arrived yet. Will try to borrow some today but until then I only have an impedence scale to go by.
1/06/03 - Impedence scale 161.6 lbs at 19%BF
My goal is to get down to 11%BF.
Will post more later . . . gotta eat!

Well, I just did the 7 point caliper test and came up with 14.2%. This seems a bit low to me but perhaps it is accurate, I am pretty lean everywhere except my gut. I did just get done with Tae Kwon Do however. I will recheck it in the morning. If this is the case then I think I will reset my goal to about 9%BF for the challenge. I think this is reasonable, anybody else agree?
Here are the caliper Measurments -
Abdomen - 32
Triceps - 8
Suprailiac - 26.6
Pecs - 7
Thigh - 7
Subscapular - 8
Axilla - 9.4
I am 5' 10"
I am thinking that because This was my first time using calipers that I got the axilla measurement messed up somehow. There is no way that it grew from 9.4 to a 15 in one week's time and then slowly went down from there. I also tend to think that I got the Pec measurement off a bit too. Probably the second week's measurements are the most accurate.

Well, here are this week's caliper measurements.
I am a bit bummed but will take last week as a learning experience.
My weight this morning was 160.8.
Ab - 31.33
Tris - 10
Suprailiac - 23.66
Pec - 8
Thigh - 7
Subscapular - 10
Axilla - 17
For a total BF% of 15.5% (136.5lbs lbm)
I cheated too much over the weekend apparently and I think my average calorie intake of 2593 for the weekdays must be about right for maintenance. I am dropping my intake to around 2250 this week and will watch the weekend more closely. Not giving up!

BF% = 11.9%
LBM = 133.8
Total Fat = 18.2
So far (Starting at week 2 because week 1 measurements were jacked up.) I have lost 2.7lbs of lbm and 6.1lbs of fat.
