Rich's fat blasting cut!

I'll be doing JW's 12 weeks to fat burning diet and workout program.
I haven't done my BF measurements yet but here are the rest.

Age: 36
Weight: 247 (Ouch)
Height: 6'1

Bicep: 15"
Fore: 12 3/4
Shoulders: 48
Chest: 47
Waist: 43
Thigh: 24
Calf: 17

I figured I have been eating about 4k of caliories a day all Junk food so 15% (as laid out in the 12 week to fat burning diet) Should be approx 3255 calories per day.

ok, here's the caliper measurements! I'm still not convinced I did 'em right but If I do 'em the same way each time they should at least give me some kind of idea how I'm doing.

Does that sound about right? I think it should be higher but I'll go with that. Lat year when I joined the site I had taken an electrostatic bf test and it came out to be about 21% but I was about 5lbs heavier and had not worked out at all. Prior to November of this year I was working out pretty hard and regular so I may have a bit more lean muscle under this flab then I had before.

I know it well! I have lots of friends from that area! Most went to McIntosh High. Some of my friends went to Fayetteville. Sadly enough, They are all too old for you to know! LOL
I bet tech does have a nice gym! Just be careful walking around down there!
