Hey Lisa,

Looks like everything is set for you. Are you focusing mostly on your lower body for any particular reason? I am as well because my legs have a lot of catch up to do. Good luck with your workouts!

I will be alternating weeks with Legs and Upper Body. So next week I will have 1 Leg workout and 2 Upper Body split.
