meal 3:
30 grams sugar
8 oz milk
8gramsprotein/120 calories/12grams carbs
meal 4:
salmon
yams(sweet potatoes)
green beans
24gP/54gCarbs/410 calories

total:125g protein 1700 calories 174g carbs

Workout plan taking some from Jacobs 13 weeks

Monday: Chest, Back, Shoulders, Traps.
Tuesday:Biceps, Triceps, Forearms
Wednesday: Cardio, Abs(ouch)
Thursday: Quads, Hamstrings, Calves.
Friday: Rest(look over my diet)
Saturday Start over



monday: 1.6.03
Chest back
Decline Barbell BP 3:12,10,12 failure
Static contractions
Incline BP 3:13,10,8

Bent over rows 3:15,12,15
deadlifts 3:12,8,12 failure

Flyes 3:12,10,12
Shrugs 3:15,20,25
