On my cut. Day before Jan 6th stats are as follows.
Weight 204.5 LBS
Height 6'(1/2)"
BF 18.5% (will double check this one tomarrow, that was my number couple months ago)
Training split
Monday (Chest, Shoulders, Tri)
Tuesday (Abs, Cardio 30 mins)
Wed. (Legs)
Thursday (Abs, Cardio 30 mins)
Friday (Back, Bicep, Forearm)
Saturday or Sunday (Abs and/or Cardio 30 mins)
Will post general food meals tomarrow, will only do this once as to keep it as a general guidelines.
