I already started my cut its going ok but i have to to trun it up to really shed some weight. I will try to post some pics soon and get my meal plan typed out.

Im just got my BF% done again i will post the results soon. Im not ganna lift today im gonna rest and start the Mass Building post by JW on mon.

Here is my daily meal plan for the most part
8:00 Breakfast:
5 eggs 2 yokes
10:00
Shake
12:45 Lunch:
Chicken and Veggies
3:30
Post workout Shake
6:00 Dinner
Chicken or Steak with Veggies

I think im gonna change to the 13 weeks to hardcore fat burning workout posted on this site i think it will help fat loss more than the bulking one. I cant believe i didnt see this one before

LEG DAY
I have not doen one of these in a while mad are my legs sore!!! I was dissapointed with my squat but what can i expect on my first day back...LOL

Chest and back workout It was great untill the last 10 min i got destracted talkting about cars for 30 min and lost track of time and i just could not get the intensity back from before o-well my falt.
