height- 6'1
weight- 151 lbs
bf%- 7.1
status- bulking
supplements- L-glutamine; Creatine; Weight gainer 2200 gold; 100% Optimum whey protein
beginning of bulk- January 6, 2003
(ill post my measurements when i make them /forum/images/graemlins/smirk.gif)
Goal: gain 20+ pounds (to 171 atleast)
Calories a day: with the weight gainer at my side i hope to reach atleast 3500 if not 4000 a day, during the weeks ill put my diet into fitday.com and post my cals.
split:
Monday- back, deltoids, traps
Tuesday-abs
Wednesday-bicep, tricep, forearms, chest
Thursday-abs
Friday- Legs
(i switch my split up regularly, except for the ab days)
workouts:
Back, Deltoid, Traps:
warmup= 2 sets 6-12 reps:
dumbbell shrugs
L raises
bent over rows
3 sets to failure:
barbell shrugs supersetted with machine L raises
3 sets to failure:
seated rows
3 sets to failure:
crouched rows
2 sets to failure:
T bar rows
then finally
dumbell shrugs supersetted with front/L lateral raises
and seated rows (i do about 3 or 4 sets)
I'll post the rest of my workouts later, but tell me how i can fix these /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif thanks guys
