Where did my breasts go??!

Hey girls! I know that working out and reducing body fat will cause our brests to shrink.. but you know what? mine shrunk from what I hardly had, to close to nothing. What kind of supplements can i take to make my breasts to grow? I won't consider breast implants... at least not until i'm certain that nothing else will work. I've tried La Femme breast enlarging formula, but it didnt do much for me, and when i stopped taking them, i lost the little i gained. Can any one help this boobless bodybuilder?

Well, I know exactly how you feel! I was never big-busted and now I have next to nothing. Sometimes it bothers me and sometimes it doesn't. As far as I'm concerned, nothing short of implants or gaining weight will help, and I'm not doing either. I have accepted the fact that I will be flat-chested, but I like the way the rest of my body looks and I like the muscle too much to go back now! Men have never considered me to be more attractive than I am now, so boobs aren't everything. This probably doesn't help you any, but....

well, since boobs are mostly fat, it would be logical that they would go! I know that when I lose, one of the first places it goes is the cleavage! Funny how that would be a side effect of hard work! Frustrating, I know, but I don't think that there is much that you can do, outside of training your chest muscles to give you a boost in that area. I would invest in a good padded bra.

When I first started lifting and working out harder in high school, I had a nice C cup. Now, I do good to wear an A cup. At first it pissed me off. Now, I kinda like it, because I know that my body is getting firmer....plus I can wear a tank top without a bra....without looking like a hooker!! Kinda sexy!!

Oh yes when I began loosing my breasts well YES I started to freak out as well!!! Hmmmm but now I'm actually quite happy with my smaller boobs.....
They don't move a lot when I jump or run and they are no longer "in the way" when I'm weight training.

If the "missing look" bothers you then just cheat with a gel bra..... Don't forget one last thing though; everybody can have nice boobs but you have to work haaaaard to have a great a$$ so show that one instead!! (o;

Ok, yeah, i'd rather have my nice *** then my chest, but isnt there anything i could do to make em bigger? I'm thinking of taking some sort of herbal supplement for a few months, see how that works. I'm not asking for a double D here, i just want to have feel more femenine. Gel bras are great, but the minute you're with a guy, and he takes it off, then your boobs are thrown on the floor with your bra.. It's like, "hey, where did they go?" lol. I'm gonna buy some sort of supplement, and i'll keep you guys posted on how it's working.

I know how you feel, but I haven't found any supplements that worked. I tried this stuff called "bust plus" (I was desperate) for 3 months and it didn't do a darn thing. It's a take off "bloussant" (on TV). Sometimes my mind would play tricks on me and I'd be like, "Oh, their growing!!" But it wasn't true. It has supposedly worked for some people and there is a return policy, so if it doesn't work send it back. All I had to end up paying was a few bucks for shipping and handling, so it was worth the try.

i wouldn't waste your money on breast enhancing pills. i've tried a variety of them and had no results. the few women who do see results, don't receive much and it goes away the moment you stop using them.

I just hate the fact that after four kids and losing weight/gaining muscle my boobs lay on the bed beside me!

Not that any of you gals need my encouragement, but here it is anyway:

Breasts are beautiful at any size. Bigguns are definately an attention getter, and, well....I won't get into the details,....

But, when I see a nice, toned ***, it's like an alarm goes off inside me.......wooooooowoooooo!!! I always try to treat ladies with respect, but it's not easy controlling my reaction. I may seem calm, but inside I'm going "Oh yeah, that's what I'm talkin' about!" (at least, that's the slightly edited version)

And some of you who have posted 'back' shots, well, you got it, girl! I'm not gonna name names, you know who you are.

I hope I wasn't too direct, please don't take this post the wrong way. But if you're worried about your appearance because your breasts are shrinking, believe me, as far as this guy is concerned, the gains you are making far exceed the losses.

For a minute there I thought I was the only one!! Since I lost weight I dropped 2 whole cup sizes. Talk about depressing. I was an early bloomer and have always had "bigguns". I almost cried that last time I went bra shopping and had to buy 36c's. I haven't worn that size since junior high school! My body seems to think my boobs make the best fuel or something. I keep trying to tell it that my *** would be much better, but it just won't listen. I wouldn't mind so much if they weren't so flat. I have pancake titties now. /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif The last time I bent over as I was getting dressed was pretty depressing, too. I could probably use 2 pringles cans as a bra and save some money! /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

A firm a$$ is what is important -- it shows you worked for it. Anybody with 4 grand can buy a set of firm boobs -- where's the challenge in that? And they still don't feel as nice as real ones, no matter what size the real ones are.

well i admit that his pic is nice (Lee Priest) but I still will never get that. A bodybuilder in thongs. I know that you have to show ALL parts of your body and stuff while posing, I just don't think it's a masculine thing.
