This is my entry for the contest in the cut category. First of all, I don't have calipers, when do I need them by?
basically..I have too much fat, i'm gonna say i'm around 20% Bodyfat as a guess.
What else do I need?

You need to take your BF readings every week of the Challenge, so get some calipers ASAP.

Dude you have 4 meals you need at least 6. YOu dont have enough protein nor enough complex carbs for breakfast. Eat some 1/2 Cup oatmeal with 1.5 Cup of cottage cheese. On meal two you need your EFAs and protein. Meal 3 you need Protein and slow burning carbs. Same for meal 4. Then have a post workout shake with 50 g of sugar and 50 g of protein and some glutamine. Meal 6 should be with a lot of fiber and protein, no rice and no peas. Get some spinach with brocolli and add a mix of flax seed oil and olive oil. Get rid of that Berry mix. It causes an insulin spike at an unnecesary time.
Overall your diet is lacking in protein, and complex carbs along with fiber. Take some vitamins. Also no cardio in the morning it will burn muscle. Do it in the afternoon.

Is this everything for the entire day??? Your diet could use a lot of work. You seemed to have been doing better on Day 1, what happened?

Banana; rolls; pizza; brisk; all those will have to go if you want to cut properly. I'm not sure about the banana, you might be able to get away with it, but I would recommend dropping fruits on a cut.
