Hehe yes im cutting after being on a strange diet for most of my life its time to cut down ABC style, the calipers are ordered, the chicken is cooking and im ready and raring to go!!

im 190lbs now hopefully i can cut down to 170 by the end of the cut n i will be a very happy man!! comments on if this is a reasonable goal wuz be greatful!

Barlow, you're about my size/stats (except the age, youngin'). I'd say that 20#'s is a lot to lose in 12wks unless you're 50#'s overweight (which you're not).

My goal isn't quite as extreme. I'm at 187 right now, looking to get to ~175 with 1-2#'s more LBM. Basically, lose 15#'s of fat and gain a tiny bit of muscle (as long as I don't lose any!!). This should put me right around 10% BF, and that's a good place to be.

hehe how long is the ABC Challenge i thought it wuz about 5 months? no i must be mistaken ill read up now thanks m8 good advise ill re think my goal!

Goal 12lbs fat loss and no muscle loss!

Training Split….

Monday: Chest, Delts, Triceps

Tuesday: Rugby training and/or some other form of cardio

Wednesday: Back, Biceps, Forearms

Thursday: Rugby training and/or some other form of cardio

Friday/Saturday: Legs and Abs

Sunday: Rugby game or some other form of cardio

Monday:
Chest: Incline Bench, Decline Bench, Machine Flys

Delts: Seated Front Smith Machine Presses, Behind neck Smith Machine Presses, Side Circles, Shrugs

Triceps: Pushdowns, Flat Extensions superseded with Close Grip Bench, Single hand reverse cable press downs

Wednesday:
Back: Behind Neck Lat Pulldowns, Pullovers, Deadlift, Seated Low Pulley Cable Rows

Biceps: Preacher Curls (drop set to finish), Wide Grip Curls, High Cable Pulley Curls

Forearms: Dumbbell Wrist Curls, Reverse Standing Barbell Curls, Behind Back Wrist Curls

Friday/Sat:
Legs: Squats, Extensions, Curls, Seated calve raises, Stand calve raises (changing angle of feet)

There we go thats the training split for my cut, very simila to the one im using now except ive cut it down to 3 days a week and going to use more intensity. After each workout i will be drinking my Gainomax drink.......

I did a thred on this if it wuz ok for on a cut jus for after trianing and a few people said no n sum yes but its cheap and convinient for me as they sell them at my gym so i can get one right after training is finished. (comments on that subject welcome)

The cardio side of things will be done at the gym of with my rugby team both will be intence!

Started a day early /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif went to gym tday did 40mins solid cardio and finished off with some ab work! came home n eat a tin of tuna flakes umm yummy!! so far so good

ya rick see how u find it when u retern from ya injury!
WAHHOOOO day one nearly over and completed very sucessfully if i my say so myself /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif started with 2 slices of toast (not very good i know but tmorrow i will have mi protein shake and oatmeal i think as i got um tday) meal 2 wuz chicken sandwichs (brown bread) meal 3 a protein shake (if this counts as a meal i dunno) then workout which wuz pain stakingly hard! gainomax after that nutrition in a previous post if ya wanna know /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif then a few small chicken pieces in bread crums and a chicken breast with boil patatoes, sweetcorn, broceli (spelling /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif) and sprouts!

unfortuanatly i av to back out of the challenge and start a barlow challenge hehe gunna stick witht he cut but measurin bf and other stuff have prevented me from continuing but it has givin me the instenive to cut!
