Well, this is my cut - and here it goes:

I don't have my official caliper reading yet - the one that I have is from a fattrack electronic caliper. It only uses three points, but maybe I can use it for seven?

Anyhow - Here are my stats

5'10"
185 lbs.
25% BF

Gonna post diet and splits in a second.

The carb/protein ratio is way too high, and you're not getting enough fat in there.
I would take out the potatos and yams out of there, and add in some protein powder.

If you feel this split isn't working for you too well later on, try training back and chest on the same day, and biceps and triceps on another. For some reason, that feels like it would be a better split.

I want to change the diet up, but I have been losing so much weight on it already! I know what you mean about the fats for sure, I need more fats in there.
