Just wandering if any woman here has tried creatine and if they got good results from using it? I was thinking about going on it but haven't been able to find anyone to explain exactly what it does to your body and how it works? Have just heard "hear say" about it kinda thing.
Thanks Shauna

I've been cycling of creatine now for a couple of years with very good results. I normally will do a 6wks cycle then take a break for a couple of weeks then begin again.
My workouts have improved quite a bit and my strength level seems to be constant and has shown some wonderful increases since i began.
I do want to add however, that i believe good nutrition plays a vital role in just how well any supplement plan works. Everything factors in together. Nothing on it's own will give you results.
The key is to do the right combinations of diet, exercise, supplements and rest to get the results you are looking for.
If you think it is something for you, then give it a try. It is not neccessary to "load" or to ingest with the aid of high calorie/sugar juices such as grape juice.
simply find the best form of creatine for you and go with it.
Personally, i have had the best results with it in the form of "Muscle Synergy" from Beverly International.
http://beverlyinternational.com/products/muscle_synergy.html
It is a combo of: L-Arginine 3500 mg, HMB 1500 mg, Creatine Monohydrate 1500 mg, L-Glutamine 1000 mg, L-Glycine 500 mg, Niacin (as nicotinic acid) 100 mg
I take 4 tabs in the a.m. about an hour before i do my cardio and then 4 more tabs an hour before i hit the gym to weight train in the evening. Even while carb cycling for my contest, my strength levels have been very good.
I would not trade it for anything.
Good luck w/ your decision.
Ciao,
Margie
