Protein shakes

What is a good protein shake, type or brand name that is good for women? Does it make a difference? Should we be drinking a different one then men?

I guess it is ok for men to post here...my wife takes the same protein as me...we use Optimum and she really likes it...chocolate flavor

Nope. Our bodies metabolize protein the same way males do, we just don't need as much cause we're smaller. I'd just find one that you like the taste of. /forum/images/icons/wink.gif
