Just thought I would introduce myself, I am new to this forum! My name is Katie I am 23yrs, 5'1", 122lbs, was 20%bf (last tested). I live in a little city called Woodstock in Ontario, Canada. I have been into fitness and exercise all my life, but have only been serious about it for the past 1 1/2 years or so. My goals are to lower my body fat and build more muscle, I have been stuck at a plateau for the past 2 months and cannot seem to get out of it. I am hoping changing careers (starting new job next monday) will boost my butt into fat burning mode!
Anyways sorry to ramble just thought I would say hi!
Any fellow Canadians out there??

Hi there
It's always nice to see new users. I'm from Canada as well, Bradford Ontario, just north of Toronto.

WOW!! I am suprised with all the responses I got, you all are so nice!!
I could use a little help in getting over this plateau I am stuck on any ideas??
Q: Do you think that changing my cardio workouts to the am and lifting in the pm will make any difference in putting my body into fat burning mode? What else can I do?
Thanks again!!

Hey there fellow Canadian...welcome to the boards. I'm from that little town called Toronto down the highway from you, although I did work in the 'Stock for a little bit.
As for your question, if you're at a plateau usually all you need to do is change things up in your routine a littel bit to kick your body into gear again. After a while your body gets used to what you are doing and will just level off. I'd recommend trying interval training 2-3 days a week or something new with your weight routine (varying sets, reps, etc). As for when you do things, it really doesn't make a heck of a lot of difference.
