If any of you women are approached by someone selling Advocare products, don't buy into all their B.S. They are inferior products with an outrageous price. Your better off saving your money. The only thing it's succseful in doing is wasting your money and losing overall weight. Weight, of course is not necessarily what you really need to lose. You need to change your body composition. The ingredients in those products are mostly what can be found in most candybars and supermarket brand vitamins.
