Hmmm I got a small prob here, I get sooooo sore hands when I start to take or pull heavy.

Okey I got gloves on already, but it's not enough.

It's only when I lift heavy, but this morning even with weights where I can do 10-12 reps it hurt so much (and my hands are still sore now)

Also when I do chin ups...... Hmmm okey I MUST admit that I'm terrible bad at those ones BUT what actually hurt the most is my hands.

Would lifting straps be the answer? You know about the "hooks", they work?

(I have a special cream I put on the paws of my dog to strengten and thicken the skin..... Should I use the same thing?!!! /forum/images/icons/smirk.gif /forum/images/icons/grin.gif )

Straps work well.

Linda was experiencing the same thing as well. She was getting sore hands and also was able to lift more weight but just couldn't hang on to it so she got some straps.

There fairly cheap even just to try.

I don't like gloves, they don't build up grip

Try Chalk first, then straps if the problem persists

I use hooks for some back exercises such as bent over rows and lat pulls. They seem to help my hands not cramp up and I can lift more weight.
