The dilemma I have is that everytime I start back to the gym it's with the same training program..I've done it on and off for so long that is is now boaring to me. Can someone help me with a good training programm ie..which body parts to work which days ??? I will be going to to the gym 4 days a week. I was doing:

Hello Island!!! /forum/images/icons/wink.gif /forum/images/icons/wink.gif
I love Freetrainers.com
It gives you a free work out routine and you decide how mnay times a week you'll train.... (it can also give you a home exercise routine if you cannot go to the gym)
All the best luck to you!!

I've just got a question about FreeTrainers.com if anyone knows...
What constitutes high or moderate activity level...
I work out 5 times a week, I am in a very demanding PHED class... but it is only once per week, and I do hardcore cardio 3 times a week, but only for about 10 min.

what do you do the rest of the day? sit on the couch, sit in class, sit in the car, or walk around play outside... how long are your workout sessions? and how intensely do you train? as a student, i'd guess you don't get to be all that active because of sitting in classes and even studying, so I'd go with moderate activity level, but if you're bouncing around all over the place or running all over campus to different classes, you could say high... how active do you feel?

Maybe it's the routine that bored you off track before?
Some days I go in and just crave a hard hit on particular body part. Like bench press thirst.
how about subconciously retaining the principle of every body part once a week and build from that?
It will help u keep a journal, because if you are like me u will forget what u did 4 days ago, and if you train what you feel like doing the enthusiasm and intensity is always going to be high.
You can get bogged down with "always do chest with bi's or tris" or "never do 2 major body parts on the same day"
But, hell, if you enjoy it and it's a creative process evertime you go, maybe it will engage your imagination more and you will be more open to trying new exercise for body parts.
Go for it girl, please start a journal here and that might help with the motivation too!
I'm going too soon , as soon as i can learn to take personal criticism with a "pinch of salt" teehee.
