I was just wondering if anybody knew what types of exercises will help you reduce your bust size. I am very top heavy, and I feel like that's hurting my efforts in losing weight. Any advice????

You cannot spot reduce. The only way you will be able to decrease your bust size is by a proper diet to reduce your overall body fat. Once you start losing body fat, you should find that your bust size will decrease as well but you cannot pick and choose where your body will lose the fat, unfortunately.

That's pretty much what we're saying. If you get a chance, check out an anatomy book, you'll find that breast tissue is made up of mostly fat. They're pretty much just glands (where the milk is made) and fat. So just like any other body part, when we lose body fat, we lose from there as well. That is why there is no such thing as a totally ripped female with size D natural breasts, unless she is just a genetic freak. That is why so many women in fitness get breast implants, cause they disappear the leaner we get! /forum/images/icons/blush.gif

Sure, guys. And then let's say your testicles were the size of basketballs. Take a moment of joy. ---Now take a jog around the block!
There's a picture.
What would your new nickname be?

posted by Showdown:
Listen girls, you must always focus on increasing your bust size. Always! When it comes to the female bosom, there is no discussion of reducing!!!

Repeat after me:
"We must, we must, we must increase our bust!" (you know the routine...)

Honestly I don't want my bust to become any bigger.....
Okey, you guys like big boobs but trust me it's not always that easy. Those pretty things are quite heavy and not always comfortable when you are running, jumping, lying on the tummy (trying to sleep!) AND they can really hurt when you guys grap them too hard!!!! /forum/images/icons/tongue.gif /forum/images/icons/tongue.gif

My girl's got double dd. and she aint' fat.
Although my ex had breast big enough to tuck in her pants. Needless to say she did get a reduction. She was still a D after that. I guess I'm drawn to the breasts, although I'm much more a butt man.

Smaller bust line? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!!!!!!!!!! ala Jim Rome

Unfortunately, Yes......it's true /forum/images/icons/frown.gif I lost 30lbs and went from a full D to a B.
Isn't it funny how those that have'em don't want'em and visa versa? lol

Unfortunately, Krypto is correct - boobs are almost all fat, and what's worse is that they tend to be the first to go when a girl loses weight. I've lost 20 pounds in the last two and a half months and have gone down a cup size because of it. I am a little self conscious about it, but then like Philly said, there's a lot to be said for a nice looking backside and it seems what I'm lacking on the front is improving in the back - so I'll just have to adjust.

Could you imagine if a man's penis size were slightly reduced by being ripped? Curious how many would make it a lifestyle then...

B cup is nice, Breasts arent a big thing with me personally.

Strong legs and a firm butt on the other hand...Krypto and philias pics made me convulse with rythmic pleasure /forum/images/icons/tongue.gif

Absolutely zero Anti-ripped would be the way to go.

I have to agree...I'd rather be a "B" and firm all over than to be large enough to be a "D" again. I always got more compliments on my legs anyway. /forum/images/icons/smile.gif

ok, for those of you girls who are self-conscious about their bodies in any form or fashion, just remember that *most* guys are kidding about how they judge a girl by their looks. i would think (or like to think) that guys are into a girl based on their personality, not by their curves or lack thereof. i mean, curves are nice, but it's all eye candy, mainly. i would so go for a girl that did not have much of a body but had a crazy awesome personality over say, a girl with curves that would make brooke burke green with envy but had the personality of a floormat. just my two cents.

I lost 30 pounds and didn't lose anything there. BUT when I started cutting in April and really saw some fat loss it was ALL there (and a little in my thighs). Lost a cup size in a week or two.

The most depressing thing for me is buying new bras - **** those things are expensive!

I do feel more manageable as a C than a D though. Not convinced I won't eventually be a B either....still working on that fat loss. Of course, I would much rather it be in my tum! lol!
