<font color="blue"> I had my head CT last night and got an all clear... no broken vessel, no bleeding, NO BRAIN TUMOUR ... but still no diagnosis of what I'm experiencing... probably a soft tissue injury that just needs rest and time to heal. I am resting and keeping a low profile.
Thanks for all your kind words this week.
I look forward very much to getting back to the gym and doing some damage on this body that's already starting to feel thick, but I know it's not.
Have an awesome weekend!!! I know I will now that I am not worried about things I can't control.

Darlings... Thank you all. It's now been 13 days since my "accident" (for want of a better word) and I still have the headaches. It's less now, but still there. I continue to rest from the gym. I hope to be back at it after Labour Day. I have been keeping to very clean eating in order to minimize any weight gains. Not too worried about muscle loss right now. It's very strange not to hitting the gym hard every day. Again, thank you. And I'll keep you posted. Glad to see the rest of you are still hard at hit. Vivienne!!! Nice to see you here too. Loads of big brain builders here. My kind of place for sure.
