hey girls, this is the diet i will be using for the next 12 weeks. current weight: 205lbs with 28% bodyfat. Meal one: 5 egg whites/1/2 cup oatmeal Meal two: 6 oz fish/salad/balsamic vinegar Meal three: 4 oz chix/sweet potato Meal four: 6 oz fish/salad/balsamic Meal five: 4 oz chix/or fish/veggies I'm starting my weight training today. i'm using the 12 week program.
