View Full Version : Almost done on 1st week of bulk

Almost done with my first week of my bulk. I think i gain maybe a pound or soo all ready but it seems my stomach has looked more fuller. Of course i have to expect some fat while on this diet. But should i see results like this right away??

I've been eating right and improving my diet as i go along..

Also it seems that my recovery process is lil bit more better.

i gained four lbs my fist week. right now im at the 8th week and up 12lbs altogether.

Yeah, your stomach should probly look a bit bigger, bloated, etc. since you're feeding like an animal (hopefully), even after this first week. And yes you should feel full of energy, and recovery should be easier.

Anyway, just make sure you're training hard, sleeping hard, and continuing to eat hard! BEst of luck on the rest of your bulk!

keep track of your body fat and not just the weight you see on the scale. the quicker weight is gained the higher the percentage of fat it will be. the key to gaining quality LBM is to keep your complex carb intake higher than your protein intake and avoid simple sugars. despite popluar belief milk is not good for human adults, keep the intake to a minimum. eat oats, beans, lentils, chickpeas and complex carbs of that nature...20 minutes of moderate cardio post workout can help control body fat during bulking cycles...
