Hi everyone. Starting wednesday I'm gonna go on my first bulk. First off here is what I think is gonna be my split:
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Chest/Back
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders/Abs
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Bi's/Tri's/Forearms
Please tell me if I should make any changes!

Looks good so far! graemlins/thumb.gif You may want to give yourself some "mini-goals" every other month or so just to keep you fired up and focused.

Well today didn't go so well, I had to clean the yard and to tons of homework so I couldn't do legs images/icons/frown.gif . My meals weren't to bad tho:
Meal One (7:50)
Oatmeal w/ brown sugar and 1% milk
Handful of almonds
Water
Meal Two (9:50)
Three egg whites
Water
Meal Three (11:30)
PB&J sandwich
Salad
Peanut Butter on banana bread(Don't try it graemlins/fie.gif )
Water
Meal Four (4:45)
Chili
White rice(Told my mom to get brown)
1% Milk
Meal 5 (8:00)
Strawberry yogurt
Water
Hehe, I feel proud of myself because I turned down some sinfully good looking cheesecake today.

Today was the opposite of yesterday. I had a great workout with poor meals.

Meal Three (11:30)
Fried egg sandwich on white bread
Soup
1% Milk
Meal Four (5:30)
Two Chicken burgers (the processed stuff)
Veggies
French Fries
1% Milk
WORKOUT
Meal Five (9:50)
Two Apples
Water
As for workout it was shoulders and abs day
Shoulders
Dumbbell Front Raises 3x10
Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises 3x10
Dumbbell Presses 3x10
Supersetted the raises
Abs
Reverse crunches 2x40
crunches 2x20
Twisting crunches 2x30
Supersetted the Reverse crunches and the crunches
I'm gonna feel my abs tomorrow!

Today I ate pretty healthy, but not enough meals and it was a rest day.

Today I sinned, I had a whopper from Burger King, a chocolater bar, and a double scoop smarties ice cream cone graemlins/drool.gif , so instead of taking the bus home from the movies, I walked back which is about 5km. I had a great workout tho, Bi's, Tri's, and Forearms.

Behind the back wrist curls 2x10
Hammer curls 2x15

Grrr, after all that hard work on my arms yesterday i'm not sore at all! graemlins/frusty.gif This week I have eaten like a pig images/icons/frown.gif I had another buger and two peices of chocolate cheese cake graemlins/drool.gif . Tomorrow is monday though and I will be able to get back on track. Today was also a rest day.

I agree jason, with JW.. doing a grat job on your training.. Not sure, but make sure to take in about 3 liters of water or more a day..
