Hi,
I just started my creatine loading phase yesterday, Monday I will start the weight training. This will be my first time on creatine. I am working out my diet and looking for a new workout. I lift four days per week.

BREAKFAST:
2 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
2 peices 100% Whole Wheat
8 ounces Milk
0.5 cups Oatmeal w/ Cinnamon
5 grams Glutamine
1 gram Vitamin C
1 Twinlab One-a-Day Multi Vitamin
1 Yogurt (optional)
1 Banana (optional)

2ND MEAL:
ehh..Needs work, I am at school at this time (highschool)

LUNCH:
5 Chicken Nuggets
1 Chicken Patty on bun
1 pint Milk
1 Gatorade

PREWORKOUT:
ehh..Should I bring some protein or what?
5 grams Creatine

POSTWORKOUT:
1 scoop Optimum Whey Protein
8 ounces Milk
5 grams Glutamine
5 grams Creatine
1 gram Vitamin C
1 Granola bar
1 Fruit

DINNER:
Main course of protein, mom makes it

BEDTIME:
1 can Albacore Tuna
5 grams Glutamine
1 gram Vitamin C
