Here we go I have been lifting and running track for about 2 years I am 17.

Here are some of my stats.
Height 6'6"
Weight 170
Body Fat 4.5%
40 second 5.1
100 meter 12.1
800 meter 2:08
Vertical Jump 28'
Squat 205lbs
Bench 105lbs
Hang Clean 155lbs

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to improve any of these stats especially Bench and Squat.
