Today is the 13 and i have completed week one of my work outs.(they are in cordinance with the animal) I feel bigger and stronger. I felt i had been loading to much protein lately so i cut back from 250 to 300g a day to around 200 to 250g a day. I weigh 183 lbs so i feel this will not have to much of an effect on my muscle growth. Only working out your arms once a week is hard to do, you feel like they are not growing much and its a blow to your self confiedence if you have been previously working them out 2 times a week. So this first week i would have to say that this was the hardest thing to get use to.

stats : 183 lbs
height: 6ft
Body fat: 10% to 12%
Arms: 15.5 inches
Waist: 33.5 inches
chest: 45 inches
thighs: 29 inches

Goals:
weight: 185lbs (of solid muscle)
body fat: 9%
arms: 17 inches
chest: 48inches
thighs: 31inches

I know what you mean, I used to be the same. Having said that after a couple of months of once a week I noticed far more growth in all areas of my body. I think this was partly due to the fact that my arms were fresher for when I was working chest, back etc.

Stick with it it will work for you.

Thanks for the support Mr.O At this stage in my never ending changes in lifting techniques to get bigger, i feel is going to be my biggest challenge yet. Another opinion of mine is the fact that you cannot possibly put to much information in your brain about lifting weights. Every lil bit of information counts and who know it could be that slight misplacement of a hand that is keeping you from being the best!! And im not the guy that wants to finish second... So my journey continues

Today is Monday and i started week# 2 of my workouts. As much sorrow i felt for only working me arms once a week, i noticed the big payoff today. When i worked out today which was chest, tris, bis, abs. My arms felt ripped and like i belonged in the gym. I need to find more time for cardio, my gut is in need of conditioning. Any way, more info, i got one of the best bicep burns of my life this morning. My arms felt like they were going to explode. Also my chest burn is worthy of mention too. What started out to be a morning of dragging my chubby *** to the gym turned out to be one hell of a work out. My stats will be updated on friday morning.

(thanks Wilson)

Today, wednesday 17. I worked out my back, shoulders, and abs. My back workout was descent I must say that anyone looking to bust the hell out of your back should do wide grip, regular grip, and close grip pull ups. Really produced a good burn. However, the highlight of this mornings workout was my shoulder routine. I did 7 pyramid style sets of dumbell presses, followed by supersets of shrugs and front rows. I could almost hear my shoulders sobbing asking why? Ok maybe not, but **** what a burn. I got a good ab routine in with the lower ankle dumbell raise kicking my butt. What this is...you lie flat on the ground hands spread like a T shape. Place a dumbell down by your lower leg and raise your feet about a foot and a half or more. This seems to really tighten my lower abs more than anything. Oh ya i almost forgot, i actually got in a good run today i was proud of my self. It was only a mile but that should boost the motabolism for the day!! Possible pics coming soon. I have to decide wheather i want my confidence to swing that high. I mean granted i am confident, but none the less my body is my temple and im not sure but i dont think i joined this site to post my pic, (no offense to those who post pics on here) here are a few supllements i use also

Colostrum (in pill form)
1 serving a day of protein powder (whey)
Hydroxy Cut ( when i am cutting0
zinc, b-6, magnesium
Vitamin C ( every one should abuse this vitamin in my opinion
I also eat tuna, chicken, oatmeal like its my job!

Friday.... the 19
I worked out some chest today and stretched out my arms a little bit. My abs were so sore yesterday it felt like someone sat me down and punched me in the stomach about 50 times. So i decided to give them a bit of a rest today. I also ran one mile today. I have been cutting the sugar out of my diet. I have noticed a lot more definition in my abs so that concept proving to be a big help for me.

stats:
Body fat: 10%
weight:183
Arms:15.75 inches
chest:46 in(not sure how to accurately measure)
Thighs: 29in
