Comments: I'm going out of town tonight to visit the University of Michigan, so I can't post this tomorrow. I tried to be as accurate as possible with the calipers, but I probably didn't do too good a job. I'll post pictures ASAP.
As of now my split is:
Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Legs
Wednesday-Arms
Thursday-Sleep
Friday-Back and Shoulders
Saturday and Sunday-Sleep
Cardio (30 min of running or bike) about 4 times a week, too. I'll post the specific workouts later.
My eating plan will be low carb, something along the lines of Dr. Pain's suggested plan for the last game.
Comments will definitely be appreciated!
Thanks,
Alexis

What formula did you use for bodyfat?
I got 18.6 %BF on 9 site and around 12-13% BF on 7 site

I added up all the measurements except for axilla and divided by body weight.
Anyway, news:
This weekend was a cheat. I was visiting college, then celebrating my admission to Princeton University, so there was much beer and carbs consumed. The real cut began today. I'll post the specific diet later, but I'm eating mostly chicken, tuna, turkey, and protein shakes, with some salads and green veggies thrown in, and ground flax seed in my shakes. Anyone care to critique any aspect of that?
Cheers,
Alexis

I'm having some issues with this low-carb thing. For one thing, I'm always hungry. I can't seem to satisfy myself eating a meal that doesn't include starch. I'm struggling to find things to eat other than fish, meat, eggs and protein shakes. How much should I be limiting my carbs? Would one sandwich a day be too much?
Today:
1)2 scoops whey + glutamine, flax.
2)Bag of Brocolli
3)Three chicken thighs
4)Turkey sandwich and some lettuce
5)Seafood and vegetables at Vietnamese restaurant
6)1 scoop whey + four tablespoons peanut butter
7)Celery stalk with soy imitation cream cheese

Two blurry, dark pics up at: http://socrcow.hypermart.net/bb/
Bear in mind, I just started working out.
Meals so far:
1)Three eggs, brocolli
2)Two scoops whey, some flax, glutamine
3)Half pb sandwich
4)Two scoops whey, flax, glutamine
5)Half tuna sandwich
6)Chicken drumstick
Today I was in a gym with little equipment, so I combined legs and arms:
1)Leg extensions
2)Leg curls
3)Lunges
4)Seated Calf raises
5)Preacher curls
6)Concentration Curls
7)Tricep pulldown
8)Skullcrushers
9)Tricep kickbacks

No one has any comment? I imagine things would be different if I was an attractive female... images/icons/wink.gif
