Welcome to the board!!

Right your diet, to comment properly we need to know, height, weight, goals, BF% etc. Some general pointers though

<blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">quote:</font><hr>7am-7egg whites 1 whole egg
1 cup oatmeal.<hr></blockquote>Not bad but can't comment on calories etc due to not knowing your stats!
<blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">quote:</font><hr>9:15am-Pure Protein Bar<hr></blockquote> graemlins/images/icons/shocked.gif LOOSE the bars they contain Sugar Alcohols and they equal FAT STORAGE!!

<blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">quote:</font><hr>11:45-Roast Beef
wheat bread
2 whole carrots[quote]Again bread is a bad source of carbs for fat loss!

[quote]2pm- Tbls of PB before workout<hr></blockquote>Compeletly un-balanced!!! Need more food too!

<blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">quote:</font><hr>4:30pm-Two chiken breast
2 whole carrots<hr></blockquote>Where's the FAT??? Is this post-workout? If so have a shake far quicker absorbed etc.

<blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">quote:</font><hr>7:30pm-Pure protein bar<hr></blockquote>See above

<blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">quote:</font><hr>10:30- Cytoplex protein shake<hr></blockquote>Is this before bed? I have a feeling this is gonna be TOO high in carbs and not enough fat in it!

I suggest you go to the blue magazine tab at the top of the screen and read the 12 weeks fat burning diet and the 13 weeks to greater fat loss!

Hope this helps

Thanks for the info! My stats are 5'9
190lbs
bodyfat 11%
waist 33
arms 16inch
You all comented that the bars are too high in sugar, but I made sure they were not when i bought them. Their are only 3 grams of sugar. Now please tell me how my diet is unbalanced? The bread i am eating is wheat and it is light!!
